• Order Confirmation: Upon receiving your order, we will send you an order confirmation email or a physical order receipt, detailing the specifics of your purchase. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.
• Order Acceptance: Your order is considered accepted by us once we begin processing it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, even after sending an order confirmation, due to reasons such as product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. In such cases, we will notify you and provide a full refund if payment has been processed.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible. Additional charges may apply for modifications.

• Shipping Costs for Returns: You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product, unless the product is damaged or defective.
